Jan147
lovely fish, allways think brownies are so beautifully coloured with their markings. Nice to hear it was a catch and release one to enjoy many other days and for someone else to catch another day as well.
GW80
great job mate, notning better than a true wild brownie!! give me a 1/2 pound wild brownie any day over than a stocky rainbow, just not enough true wild wishing left now!! that fish looks fatter than a 1/2 pounder put you know what i mean't!! Dunkield
Lovely fish well done, we had a hit and run tip to Devon at the weekend catching browns (all released) can't beat it, soo much more wily than rainbows... I released mine in the water, but tried to get a picture or one of them. Here is the top quality picture of one going back as I dropped it and my rod, trying not drop the camera as well
Ferret Master
Quality fish. I've only ever caught one wild brownie, and that was when I was 7 years old. It tipped the scales at 2lbs so I was happy enough. Shame it was on a bit of bread. FM
