Devilishdave
Cut the baise to the height of the inside of the cabinet and two patches to do the top and bottom, make them slightly over size. 3M spray glue spray the inside of the cabinet with the glue. top and bottom first then stick the baise on then push screw driverthrew the holes for the raw bolts. The_Craws
You've got to watch that these gadgets for the prevention dampness dont suck the moisture from your stock or else youll end up with a cracked butt!

rjimmer
Putting insulation on the 'inside' of a steel cabinet to stop condensation is a complete waste of time and money. Insulation should be on the 'outside' to stop condensation. Putting anything on the inside of a steel cabinet will just hide the problem and the rust. Have a look at any metal roof decking. The insulation is always on the top, under the waterproof covering. If you have your cabinet on a cold outside wall, there should be insulation between the cabinet and the wall to avoid any possible condensation forming inside. Better still dont put your gun away wet! I came home the other day from a day of "washing my decoys" my old hammer was soaked right through! So i striped it right down, cleaned the iron work and wiped it down with a oil rag, Put all the barrels and action away in the safe left the stock wraped in news paper to dry slowly in a warm room , I've got silica bags in my gun safe to take any condensation away WB
