dodeer
Got a Wearite Milair jacket. Better than my schoffels and musto's! Warm, 110% waterproof, breathable and has lasted 4 years of abuse and quad driving. Cost around £70 now. Excellent jacket. Last one i bought was from moonrakerkinves.co.uk

That Wearite stuff looks good value, you can see they're not throwing money away on their web site... http://www.freewebs.com/wearite-clothing/jackets.htm Looks like this crowd have it cheaper than 'RRP' http://www.arches-supplies.co.uk/wearite.htm Nial
Bleeh
The Deer Hunter RAM jackets are very quiet, light, and waterproof. You can either get them in Realtree (APG) or a Standard shooting green. There about £120-£

In my old Barbour i can push through brambles and not worry about it snagging or ripping. I still don't know what to buy, i might just get another wax. rjimmer
I've had one of these Wearite jackets for several seasons, it's looks a bit like canvas and I'll be getting another one when I need it. The fleece lining might be too warm for working in though! I also see a lot of beaters wearing Jahti Jakt suits. Too dark in colour for my sort of sport though. A tweed jacket for about sixty quid at the Game Fair might suit. Get another one next year. I wear one on the quad towing the game cart. Dirty Harry
I have had a deerhunter for a few years. Very comfy and pratical but a little warm when the suns out. The elasticated cuffs make be sweat! I have now also got a Barbour Northumbria. Much better in warmer weather but I am reluctant to give it to much abuse because it cost so much Use it for walking the dog most of the time.....
