old rooster
Our polling station is at the local leisure centre this year so I took a walk round there to vote. While walking through the car park noticed a bloke drive in and park on the prominently yellow hatched no parking area just off the main road, thereby blocking other peoples access, plenty of spaces 50 yards away in the car park. As I came out of the polling station I glanced into the gym and the **** is running his short fat hairy legs off on a treadmill !!!. Is it just me or is that selfish, stupid and inconsiderate ? Axe
Sounds messed up to me. If he's there to get excercise, then why did he park so close to the building. Seems like a Labour supporter.

Piebob
I often find that such inappropriately parked cars get dented, scratched or some other minor damage. Piebob
Cranfield
My local Post Office has two disabled parking spots right outside. Having seen this facility abused repeatedly, I said to one (obviously fit) young man, "What a pity and you are so young", his articulate response was , "What ?". I pointed out that he must be disabled to have parked there and him being such a young chap , I was sympathising. He had the good grace to look embarrassed and get back in his car and drive........................... 30 yards to the car park.

Nice one Cranners, most of the thick ***** wouldn't understand what you meant. We've also got a couple of disabled bays outside our post office, they also get abused, silly plonkers like me still park half a mile away and walk to the post office.....second thoughts maybe it's me thats a perlonker :o :o I'm often tempted to rush up to an obviously fit person parking in the disabled bays, throw my arms around them and shout "heavens be praised !!! it's a miracle, you are cured !!!" Devilishdave
One thing that realy winds me up on the converse side of the coine is mother and todler parking spaces in supermarket car parks. Why should they get express treatment?? I would have thought old adged pensioners should be higher prioratised. Dave
Gemini
You would be surprised how many young mothers with kids actually think that they are ALLOWED to park on the disabled spaces at our local Asda store. One young twit actually thought that the disabled sign was a ******* pushchair! G.M. Edited May 7, 2005 by Gemini
Shotgun-Sean
One thing that realy winds me up on the converse side of the coine is mother and todler parking spaces in supermarket car parks. Why should they get express treatment?? mother and toddler spaces are wider as you know, most women need the extra space because of 2 reasons 1. they cant park 2.they dont give a toss when the swing the doors open of the minibus and hit your pride and joy or let the bloody trolly roll in to it this also brings me to tell you about a shopping trolley incident that happened to me the car park of our Tesco Extra (superstore) is on a slight slant and when i purchased our new wide screen tv i open the boot of the car and picked up the tv to place in the car as i lifted the tv the trolley started to roll away towards a nice Merc now i have a dilema drop the tv or let it hit the Merc now bearing in mind i had just paid well over a grand for the tv i wasnt about to drop it! So if the person that owns a Merc with a trolley dent in it i am sorry but the telly is great!! cheers sean
