i could never be a politician.......im tooo weak....tooo intelligent....tooo good looking.....tooo honest..............must get a grip of myself...(gently mind you).....i mustnt weaken at this stage....but i have just voted.............they said turnout up to 11 0'clock this morning was more brisk than the referendum vote......
news services are reporting a 10% increase in voting for students....
they are after all voting for no tuition fees and to legalise pot...........so they will be studying for a 1st in tossology...........

Actually im starting to feel a bit sorry for her....she has had sooo much flack...i know it cant be easy for her...think Jezza appointed her because she was the only one around that appeared to show some loyalty...........its just unfortunate that when she fell out of the ugly tree...she hit every branch on the way down...

Just found this thread a couple of days ago and read the lot
Great work from Viking and it's great to see the community spirit from everyone chipping in advice and parts!
Extra interest for me as I'm just starting to put together my series 3 soft top I stripped down last year, chassis waiting to be picked up from the painters and got a set of parabolic springs waiting to go on the axles.
It won't be up to this standard, more all new parts for the mechanicals but leave things looking a bit worn and aged to keep the history.

Diane Abbott is an out and out racist. People like her who use the racism card at every opportunity are an insult to anyone who is overtly opposed to racism in all it's forms. I've only voted labour once and that was when it was Blair vs Major but never again. Corbyn doesn't have a prayer. Chaka Amunna was a very close call. He is one of the very few politicians who seems to have a bit of integrity. I think if he had stayed the course for the labour leadership, they would be in a very different position to where they are now.
As much as I would like to vote Tory I can't help but feel they will sell us down the river so it's UKIP for me. They are only party to follow through on what they say they will do. May has changed her mind a number of times already and that tells me she doesn't have it in her to do what needs to be done.
Lib dems are a complete non-starter for me, as are the rest.
When Diane Abbott starts her job as The Home Sec'...she will have to deal with the "Burka issue".....MP's will present to move a motion that Diane Abbott must wear one at all times...........

2nd (shortwheel base )...looks ok...................might look better as a soft top........dont like the overhang over the rear window....has it a chassis...or is it monocot...with a landrover rear section welded on to it..............steel body panels ?...or aluminium...........
might look better in a different colour

there is a thought going round that the defaced posters are been done by their own people to shed a poor light on the oposition......
