  1. Be very careful with the Herbalife shakes, my wife was on them for about 6 months and the weight loss came but then suddenly she started having severe pains in her stomach and now has an allergy to gluten. The doctors put this new intolerance down to the Herbalife Shakes and they were very critical on the plans and shake diet idea. We have known of other people who have also struggled with side effects after 6 months so please be careful. If it works and you have no side effects excellent but be careful if you start getting stomach pain and cramps.
  2. Up for sale is my Petsafe 250m remote training collar. This collar has only been used a handful of times and has been collecting dust. It is a great aid to help with training dogs and helped no end with our dog. It has 8 varying levels of stimulant and also a warning Tone button. It comes with the box, instructions, red collar, handset and the probes. I cant find the test light kit but will update if I find it. The price is £65 to include postage. If you would like pictures please send me a PM with your email address
  3. I have my 3 gun safe up for sale its a full gun so not a breakdown safe. It has 2 sets of keys and the foam inserts inside the safe. (the foam has a couple of splits) I cant upload pictures but please send me a PM with an email address and I can send them across to you. The safe is collection from DT2 please or you can organise your own courier £40 for a quick sale anyone?

  22. I have a dog flap because i'm soft and like them to have the freedom to come in and out as they please whilst at work etc.
  23. Do any of you have dog flaps to let your beloved friend out as and when they want? We have a Staywell Large Aluminium Pet Door and its pants especially in this freezing and windy weather when it spends more time blowing open and letting all the cold in.. I've been looking at replacing it but all the decent weatherproof flaps are in the states and shipping costs a fortune. What have you got and does it keep the weather and wind out?
