I've stopped for almost a year now. Not easy at first but after a few weeks it got easier. Focus on the negatives , that first ciggy in the morning learn to hate it, the way it makes you feel the way it tastes and smells, the bad cough the tight chest. The fact that you stink of ciggy's after you have just had one but you cant smell it, everyone else can. Big one for me was being around other smoker, when i got a whiff of their smoke i'd hold my breath and get up wind of them, i loved the smell of ciggy's but convinced myself that if i stayed downwind an inhaled the smoke i'd start again in no time. (i still feel very uncomfortable inhaling others smoke and try to avoid it) Stop drinking for a month!! sound extreme but does help if all your mates smoke. Dont tell anyone you have stopped, makes failure a bit easier but i found it was something to smile about, my secret sort of thing. Finally dont give up giving up. took me three attempts over two years. Be strong, you dont need them, and when you hear someone say that they stopped 5 years ago and still crave ciggys they are talking B*****ks. after a month or two you start forgetting completely about them and in time it's hard to remember the days you used to smoke. It's been less than a year for me now but feels like i've been off them for years! I wish you every success mate and take my hat off to you for not giving up on giving up!! Chris

As far as i know the lens is not detachable, its good for most photography and i believe it's a good entry level Digital SLR camera. Not sure about the multi shot to be honest. I bought it to take some pics on a 30ft mast and this was a one that i could plug in my laptop at ground level, so i had no need for multi shot. I have a 2gb CF card with it plus case and as i say filters and a Zoom lens attachment. It has not had much use. I'm working away at the moment so i could probably ask my wife to get everything together and get it posted to you this week. Let me know what you think Chris
