Came across this today, and never seen anything like it before. Thought it was worth a share. (His whole channel covers lots of interesting guns in detail and worth a watch)

I use one.com to buy and host all of my websites, easy to purchase domain names through them and they normally have a good deal for the first year. Then it's normally around £20 a year. Never had a problem with them. They also have lots of templates that you can use and the help via webchat is really useful.

Jostaberry, my granny used to grow a lot which we used to pick as kids!

A great scope! Have the same one on my .22

Mot ends on the 12th of April, but should pass no problem. You can now stick the reg in online to get all the past MOTs. And already sorted a van, cheers tho craftycarper. Pugdriver - PM across your email and I'll forward some across.

Have my trusty Forester up for sale due to getting a van. 2003 Subaru Forester 2.0x With the All Weather Pack 135k on the clock. One previous owner with full service history. Great little 4x4 estate with hi and low range box. Petrol and manual. Features include cruise control, hill start assist, AC, climate control, heated seats,CD player and a massive sunroof. Also comes with a set of Mont Blanc roof bars and a full plastic boot liner. Also has a tow hitch. The only bits to note about the car are, a hole in the roof liner in the boot where the previous owners dog had a chew, cant see it unless you get in the boot and the drivers side window sometimes doesn't work. Might just need a clean and grease. A great car, good for towing, off road and generally around muddy lanes. Price is £950 Any questions let me know, welcome to come and view. Located just north of Dorchester, Dorset. Can email or text pics if you pm me your details.

Scarpa! Been a loyal fan for many years.

We've been tempted by this, but £250 put me off. Don't suppose it came with a 'sign up someone else and you both get something in return' did it? Might give them a ring and try for the £99 deal as well.

Guess it's a risk and depends on the company, do the research, go on your gut feeling and take your chance! First time I did it, sent over $2000 to a company I'd never heard of, to a lady called 'Rosemary' and prayed. Thankfully it all worked out!

I believe the company would still have a duty to sort it out if parts were missing from the factory.. if however the bike wasn't strapped down correctly in the container and got damaged in transit then that might become a bit trickier. Another reason to use a forwarding agent as they should have insurance in place to cover such events.

That's the easiest way, yes. Otherwise you have to deal with hmrc, import forms, duty. You can do it all yourself, and there are lots of info online on how to do it. You can also go to the docks yourself once everything is paid and cleared and collect direct from there. Normally most will only ship to Felixstowe or Southampton.
-
Ah fair enough, so yeah, as above really.
-
Basically it means that once the items leave their docks, in their books that's when the sale is fully completed. Rather than at the point it reaches your hand. Are you looking at buying a one off item or importing goods? I've imported a few bits from china and have a friend who is a freight forwarding agent, who I can fully recommend if you need someone to deal with the shipping and paperwork.

Thought about going all the way but frankly I had wasted enough time and engery with it and would have cost me more to take time from work. I know that's what they wanted but my wife delt with the mediation as it was in her name. Poor old mediation lady didn't stand a chance, we only paid the £60 which was the original reduced fee.
-
Game of chance really. Also had one off parking eye, followed all the advice from forums, submitted a defence, got taken to court, ended up it being settled via mediation and had to pay the original fine...
