  2. Just wanted to say what a great day i had on Monday 18th February and what nice people both Jason and mike are. It was my first stalk and didn't know what to expect and i must say i felt quite nervous. I Arrived at Jasons at 07:15 and was greeted with a cup of coffee and Jason soon put the nerves to the back of my mind. After coffee i had a test shot at a target so i was properly aquainted with the rifle set up. Off we went for the morning stalk and saw alot of activity however a shot did not quite present itself. A short while later a doe presented itself chewing the cud behind a fallen tree with branches just masking the animal for a clear shot. Waiting for what seemed like an hour (however in relatity was probably only a few minutes) the doe who rather patiently waited second in line to a squirrel walked over to a nearby feeder to commence a feed. I could feel my hands start to tremble and my heart beating faster and faster. The shot was taken and the animal dropped on the spot. Jason shook my trembling hand and we both laughed at that fact. Asking Jason if he remembered his first deer his reply was "no but i'll certainly remember yours"! The Afternoon stalk with Mike proved just as exciting as the morning seeing alot of activity and a number of muntjacs were seen with no safe shot presenting themselves and it was time to call it a day. What a great day I had and shall definately be returning in future. Thanks very much Jason and Mike you made my first stalk a memorable one. Louis

  5. It's definately the worst drinking session we've ever had and we still talk about it now. The following year we done Stuttgart beer fest... Obviously not a patch on Munich but learnt our lesson and only went there for two nights.
  6. We done 6 nights there was like a zombie by the end of it. Worst of all I only thought we was going for a few days....
  7. Yer greenfields is good and has started to do registered shoots once a month. Other than that there's no other sporting grounds in Kent that I know of that do registered shoots. You have kingsferry for skeet and dartford also. If you're not into registered shooting then there's abbey shooting ground which is at the back of Kent county showground in detling and west Kent shooting ground. If you want to meet up one day give me a post message mate. We often have to drive out of Kent to do registered shooting....
  8. My dt10 and regret it. Such a good gun and shot well with it. Sold it to upgrade and it's taking me time to shoot to the same level 😢
  9. This looks a nice gun, where can I find more info on it please?
  10. Yes, love it and also Doner kebab is a personal favourite.
  11. What a beautiful gun, I'd love one in my cabinet.

  14. 2nd part of the Kent selection for me today shot a 92 which overall 170/200 as I ******** up the first one at greenfields. Never mind I'll try again next year... Apologies didn't know that word would be filtered.
  15. It's only open wednesdays and Saturday and Sunday alternately weekends. I know its open today but I'm stuck at work.
  16. Kingsferry gun club (isle of sheppey) do free lessons and prices are £5.50 for 25 and box of cartridges for 4 quid steel shot only. It's a skeet club with a sport trap layout, skeet is ideal to start with and the owners are extremely friendly. For 9.50 for clays cartridges and instruction you really can't go wrong.
  17. The next one is 18th march mate at abbey I believe. I only shot a 78 but it was a bit of fun as I knew I didn't have a chance for the team. Still all good and get well soon.
