    They’re good ones! 👍
  2. You may as well be talking a foreign language as far as I’m concerned! 😄 Well done. I admire those who know their way around a laptop or PC. I’m not techi at all, but would love to be. I don’t need to be a nerd but would love to learn more as I need it for my artwork at times, and finding out how to do things can just eat into my day, time I would rather spend painting. I have a MacBook Pro, an iPad and an iPhone. I know I’m not using even a tenth of what they’re capable of, but learning how to use them also eats into my day, again, time better spent elsewhere. Sometimes there just aren’t enough hours in a day. 🙂 A mate in the village creates security systems and multi technical IT services, so is a handy lad to know; the entire village knocks on his door at times! 😂
  3. Made the move to iMac many moons ago. I just couldn’t go back now.
  4. A great bomb proof gun but having a thin out, so this must go. 12 bore. Cylinder choked 3” chambered S1 ( FAC ) 600AST ‘Slugster’ pump. Ram-line synthetic furniture. 14&1/4” LOP. £250.00. Cumbria.
  5. I think kids today are as tough as any of my or previous generations; it is the adults who are teaching them we need to be concerned about. Those are the people who are denying today’s kids the wherewithal to cope with life. Those are the people telling them who or what why should be afraid of, who or what they should find offensive or be offended by. Allowed to play and grow together, without agenda, and make up their own minds without indoctrination, they will grow into rational human beings. It’s the adults, not the kids.
  6. Thankyou. I thought I’d seen one somewhere, thanks. 🙂👍
  7. Is there? Been back four pages but can’t find it.
  8. Give @Miroku Matta shout. If he can’t identify it no one can. 👍 Nice job by the way, and well done. There are many many way too good to ignore classic designs out there which are often overlooked because they’re either….not HP steel shot proofed, too tightly choked ( another nonsense due to the impending ban of lead shot ) no warranty, not fashionable or just deemed to be too old. Good for you. 👍 Irrespective of the ban I have just bought a 1941 Winchester M12, choked at full, to replace one I had to sell around 20 years ago. I can’t wait to get out with it. The older I get the more retro I seem to get; am seriously considering another old clunky Breda. 🤷‍♂️
  9. Looks warm enough! Could do with a bit of that around here just now. 👍
  10. I agree. That’s a cracking example. Good luck with the sale.
  11. Yes. I’m not really sure what point it is you’re trying to make. It is the GL which governs the circumstances under which a certain species can be shot, not what you can do with it afterwards. 🤷‍♂️
  12. They will still be a pest species, just one you can shoot all year round.
  13. My understanding is that if they were on the quarry list then they could be shot all year round in any quantities ( including one for the pot ) as both a legal quarry and a pest species. You cannot currently shoot one ( or many ) for the pot.
  14. Indeed. Ours should be thankful they can go near a 5th storey open window without fearing of ‘falling out’.
  15. Thank you. Yes, he had a great time. 👍 Ahhh, that’s sad. They do leave a big hole when they go.
  16. Yeah, a number 3; could mean anything I suppose. I seriously doubt proof marks were a thing when that was made, especially if American made.
  17. Yeah, I don’t think I’ll be losing any sleep over it either. I just wanted to put it out there after it popped up in my feed. 👍
  18. Someone has asked if it has proof marks, but unless it’s left America at some point I doubt there’ll be any.
  19. Very good. 👍 😂 Par for the course. Opposition will not be tolerated. The man’s a gangster, plain and simple.
  20. I hear Starmer is about to ‘scale back’ Labours 28billion green investment plan. Money tree got ash die back? 🤔
