  1. Got let down, now struggling to find any within reasonable distance Anybody know of any available?
  2. I saw this and got all exited. Lol. Could do with another day
  3. I worked on these back in the early days of development whilst finishing off the last harriers. This was the out come of the jfs (joint fight striker) program and was designed as a replacement harrier by several nations including the uk. It was not designed by the yanks for the yanks it was a joint program.
  4. Just ordered 2 61 plates in black with load liner and ASX Hard top
  5. Test drove the L200 Barbarian yesterday, it drove really well apart for the crashing over pot holes. After speaking with our accountant they seem quite a good option for us. Enyone else got one? What they like to live with?
  6. I go on holiday on Friday then when I get back will be working 7 days a week until oct/nov, when I might look into getting more staff pending on the dreaded forecasts. It's boom for us at the min but we don't want to expand to fast and get caught out. so it's no life for me but I should get something to show for it
  7. Why would the loop hole bother you with pick ups, your not using the loop hole on the dodgy nitro. So if you get away with it for one year why would it be a bad thing?
  8. My vets advise was to worm monthly for the first 6 months then quarterly with a good quality wormer. I should never have to worry about worms again
  9. If it's the 300 tdi you can play with the fuelling settings and the power screw to get quite a drastic increase in grunt for free . There are 2 or 3 stock larger intercoolers from other scrap cars which can easily be installed. Someones already mentioned erg valve and exhaust. If it's the earlier 300 you can play with boost diaphragms and increase the boost. But end of the day it's a landy and if you want detailed instructions I'd recommend you visit a dedicated land rover forum.
  10. we have solved the issue for now. My wife leaves him in the garden until I come down, he can see me through the patio window and after 5 mins is alot less fussy lol
  11. I know it's only been 2 weeks since I picked Sam up, but touch wood the house training is going fantastic with no accidents since week one, i'm having an issue that first thing in the morning he gets that exited that he dribbles all the way to the door. I though I had resolved this by picking the dog up and carrying him to the garden, but over this weekend he has pee'd on me as I carry him. Not a lot as I said earlier just a dribble. On Sunday morning I even carried him in his crate into the garden and he left a little wet patch on his crate bedding. I left him in the garden while I changed his bedding over. As I came out into the garden he was having a pee I waited for him to finish then called him over for a quick play about. He ran over as fast as possible, rolled on his back as I stroked him and ****** all over my slippers. I've had this happen before with one of my late labs when we came back off holiday he got that exited he would pee all over my dad. Is it normal ? Can it be rectified ? Other then this the dog is fantastic

  18. I have for sale my Edward Martin Cocker Training DVDs 1-4. Currently up for grabs on a popular auction site but will take £80 for them from a pigeon watch member and inclued extra Gundog DVDs worth £130+ in the shops (PM for details) Edited to stop people whinging
  19. Day 5 with Sam He sleeps he eats he ****s. We have all adjusted to our new routine. The crate training is working really well not once has he fouled his box. I just need to remember to carry him to the garden first thing in the morning to avoid a trail of small puddles from his room to the garden. He has learnt " in your box " and will happily stay in there for a good half hour with the door open as long as he has his xl pigs ear to chew on, which is great at meal times. My garden is low maintenance 90% turf 10% patio so no real cover and quite boring so I took him the my parents tonight with large flower beds, small trees and bushes covering there much larger garden it was quite interesting to see how he attacked this terrain noise down and spent a good hour checking every inch with his tail going like the clappers. So overall I would say we are very pleased with him and I am personally quite optimistic he will train well and make me proud. I'll get more pics up as and when and I'll keep you all updated when the formal training starts in 4~10 months time Cheers Steve
  20. I'm gunna change my v5 to mossy oak
  21. Cheers Den Have you sold the last one yet?
  22. Forgot to say Less then 1 ltr per coat ( landy 110) £8 per ltr from eBay Won't fully cure until summer sun has baked it Don't scrimp on the roller and brush Don't be tempted to buy the satin finish use Matt After light rub down use good quality solvent wipes to degrease and remove any dust especially around fuel filler cap
  23. I got the stuff off eBay and it's touch dry in 10 mins and if you get dust or insects in it you can just flatten it once it has dried and you can't tell. I had it all planned. Got 5 ltrs off flea bay started to prep it, was gunna give it 3 coats and flatten each one off to achieve a perfect finish. Anyways my arm nearly fell off so I flicked off any loose or bubbly bits ( mines a :good:landy ) and slapped on one coat with a foam roller and a brush. It looks great and is so easy to touch up scratches. I only had a 1 inch brush and some areas are very tight to I thinned it down and took half a ltr to halfords who put it in an aerosol for me
