  3. i would say that if you have issues with a HW i wouldn't go for a Sako cus there even Better Funny you mention the trigger being light, i read that nearly all rifle owners that post on here change or modify the factory trigger to make it a lighter pull what did you do to try and rectify the bad grouping. and what was the size of group on average its just that i was lookin at the Weihrauch before i bought mine.

    Baiting for rats..

I think to make any impression you will need to trap them, fen traps or live cage traps together with shooting, i certianly wouldn't poison, as i would assume the farmer has dogs or cats, too much of a risk with secondary poisoning. we used to use jack russels  and an old chainsaw engine. brill i used to bait using mashed potato and eggs, i put a tip on here a while ago about putting "brasem" (fishing bait) in with it. Try it, i will garantee it will attract, plus they cant run off with it
  15. "However, it warned that the culling would have to be so extensive it would be uneconomical." //quote from the report// i cant figure comments like that out, How much does anyone charge on here for shooting say Rabbits, Pigeons, Fox's or rats. is it something we should be charging for then how come it would be uneconomical  or have i misunderstood ?

    Eley wasp

Just had a peep at your profile, but it doesn't show date of birth. Yes i know its not compulsory "But" some years ago may have been before your time (you see why i looked now) nearly ever pellet that came onto the market was compared to the good old "Eley Wasp" it was used as a bench mark for all other pellets if you rifles knocking down the squirrers using them keep on using them, one thing that you need to watch though is they are extremely soft and damage easily.

    Hand warmers

After reading in the "for sale section" there is a topic on hand warmers. over the years ive tried the type that you pess a zinc disk to acctuate the the warmer then went onto the solid fuel type, they are ok but you have the problem with you cloths smell ing like an old bonfire with the solid fuel type and the other last only for a couple of hours then i tried the lighter fluid type, and i can promise you there fantastic. they stay warm for hours, infact too hot to touch even after 24hours and they dont smell like an old garden fire worth buying 100%
