XS Fladen fishing suit. Free to a good home in return for a small charity donation. Happy to post it if you cover the costs. it’s brand new but has been stored for some time and has a few marks. Nothing that would affect its use. Size is XS adult but I would say 10 - 13 year old is more likely.

A bit like yourself I started out by replying to an advert in shooting times. Things have changed since. No interest as yet. I suspect that Facebook may generate more interest but I wanted to give PW members a chance first. You see it exactly the same way as me. £50 for a day in the country with a few mates. Enjoy watching the dogs work and a few bangs along the way.

There is 1 remaining space in our small syndicate for a full gun with a working dog. The shoot is approx. 15 minutes from Skipton and covers just over 1000 acres of hilly ground. Subs are £550 a season (plus a possible top up depending on wheat prices) with 10 guns shooting. The format is either mini driven (small beaters contribution required) or rough/walked-up. We put 300 poults down and shoot 11 small relaxed days. As well as pheasants we do see plenty of woodcock as well as the odd partridge and duck. A reasonable level of fitness is required as there is fair bit of walking up and down hills required. Also guns should be willing to help out on work days and with feeding duties.

The shoot is approx. 7 miles from Skipton and covers just over 2000 acres. Most of the work days have been done this year and we have 700 poults in the pens doing well. Subs are £650 a season (plus a possible top up depending on wheat prices) and we have 18 guns making two teams. We shoot 8 days on a stand-a-day, beat-a-day format (4 days fully driven and beat 4 days) and the rest being a mixture of mini driven and walked up days (usually another 4/5 days shooting). A reasonable level of fitness is required as there is fair bit of walking up and down hills required.
