  1. Thank you guys! Unfortunately no, i didn't had the time to cape it, but the head is boiled already, bleached, and ready to go on the wall. Thanks, not sure i've got enough space in the freezer though ....
  2. I haven't been out much recently due to familly and work commitements, but managed today a few hours. -5 degrees and very noisy under the foot, the fallow was tucked into the woods and very warry. Sat in a ditch with the rifle on the bipod waiting for the deer to move around and soon the herd came out into the open. Picked off this beauty with a boiler room shot at 180 meters.

  8. Waste of time... look at the video comments on youtube, and yet no response from Fieldsports Britain... Is not the first time when they're messing up. Not so long ago they were featuring Digweed shooting pigeons at 90-100 yards and Andy Crow shooting pheasants at 130 yards... at least is what they said...
  9. I can't belive they are featuring Edward King advising shooters to leave the gun and the cartridges by the door, the night before going shooting.... Really???
  10. For about 2 weeks i can't see the new content either on my PC or my phone. When i press the view new content tab, it says ''sorry, no new content found'' Anyone knows why this happens? Many thanks!
  11. Flinching is due to the man behind the butt, nothing to do with the rifle. I do agree a moderator help in respect with the muzzle flip and recoil, however, those happens after the bullet leaves the barrel so nothing to do with accuracy.
  12. Gave up using moderators on my rifles for this very reason. I belive the benefits of using a moderator are outweighted by the advantages of not using one.
  13. V Max for deer.... really? worst advice ever.... .270 will cover you for everything in the UK, 100 grains for fox and you can go all the way up to 156 for reds and wild boar
  14. I had the same problem on a new Silver Pigeon . Took it back to the shop to be told is beyond repair, so they gave me another one.

  16. If there is so many deer, it might worth a lot more for some people. It all depends how clued is the landowner really...
