From 1941 until end of war it was L division 8 scots guards but used the name sas inorder to make the german army believe it was a regiment. In1947 it wax formed as a territorial unit and became truly form in 31 may 1950 .although it was known as the Sas it wasn't a formal regiment although the australian and rodesian army did use the term sas

Errr SAS formed 31st May 1950. Ceramic tipped bullets are uncommon but can be used to negate some forms of armoured protection. However most things spoken about the regiment are BS

2 of the blokes from a local gun club made a alarm similar to the one which you are talking about a fixed it to the gate onto there yard. 2 young lads had been playing nearby and saw it being fitted when these blokes left the lads started to mess with it resulting in one getting injured. Both bloke where arrested and charged with making an illegal explosive device after length investigation and trial both where found guilty and received suspected sentences and lost there shot gun and firearms certs.

Gerry31 replied to denniswebb's topic in Clay Pigeon Shooting
Up until a couple of years ago I shot every selection shoot I was never going ti make the team but enjoyed the event I did a good number of worlds and Europeans but times have changed its just to expensive to do now the targets have little or nothing to do with the lack of attendance incase nobody noticed times are hard
