Hi lads I brought a fast mount hawk 3x9x50 it will do for what I need it for rabbits out to 75 yards I have a 17 hornet with a wraith night scope on that for longer range rabbits and fox also a 223 with a hikmicro alpex so I think all situations covered when farmers tell me about.

Thanks lads will go to gun shop tomorrow and get a hawke scope tomorrow

He had not put date they begin so I went to surgery and seen him he just put my date birth that’s when they begin.

All sorted they only want when records begin so that in my case was the day I was born . I don’t now about you lads

We lads I have just had a email from firearms saying medical records from birth

The lad on the farm where we live as said they sent his renewal back telling him to get back to birth records. My doctor as already filled my proforma in for me no charge just in process of filling the rest of paperwork in then the long wait again.

Tightchoke I have gone through the police website and I can’t find anything about from birth medical records if you have seen it can you please enlighten me where it is I have been looking for three days for anything about it.

I can’t wait to get out with mine got this terrible head and chest cold back on antibiotics and steroids I am not a wimp but I have other health problems so have to be careful

I have the two night scopes as said I have not been out with the alpex yet I have shot couple hundred rabbits and half dozen fox over the last two years with the wraith on the 17 hornet I was quite happy with it but the 223 I didn’t use for two years that’s why I have put the alpex on it just a bit more power for fox if the wind drops over next couple nights I will be out foxing with it.

No I have not I have the wraith on 17 hornet and the hikmicro aplex on 223 I could not convince myself that it works read loads about but at the end in small print I would check zero before going out . I can’t see any point going out if there’s that bit of doubt it’s on zero I would not be very pleased walking round fields in the pitch black to find out it’s of zero . Thats my thoughts on it

Not being funny he would be better off getting them from one of web sites as they will be clean and not damaged and in different colours if he looks around can get some good deals.

Zeroed my hikmicro up on Thursday really pleased with how zeroing went bore sighted .first round at five o’clock altered it second round just of center then disaster pressed wrong button lost settings so had to start again what should have been three round zero took six in total at fifty yards .then two at hundred yards one above about five inches second one in bull really pleased it would have been five round zero if not made mistake on first attempt. using my 223

Like Magman as stated if you don’t know how far it travels you should not be shooting
