Hi i got a piece of walnut on the bay for £65 (hunting walnut gun stock blanks ) im waiting for a mate who is a chippy to make me a stock. Only been about 16 months .LOL .IF you go for it please do the pictures. ATB

has anyone had to send a BSA R10 MK2 back to have the seals done. my gun is sixteen months old and has started to loose air .As it has a two year warranty and the R10s are known to have a problem. with the seals i was wandering if this would be carried out under warranty Or would it be considered wear and tear. As far as i can make out BSA will not cover the cost of postage to send the rifle back . Should this be part of the warranty ? Thanks for any help.

She dose have to share him but only with his shooting buddy's . On a serious note after all the trouble with this rifle i would say a refund is the only way i would go.

sorry mole one of mine is the MK1 and has had the JB treatment .the other is the bull barrel but i think it needs a new stock to give it the look

Hello MR Mole i had a similar experience with Mr Bowkett on a R10 MK1 i had a problem the rifle was sent back i told him i was happy to pay the post. When the rifle came back not only fixed but with upgrades as well F.O.C Mr B had returned my postage. i also had a super 10 blueprinted by JB what a difference it made i now have a second super 10 and am trying to decide if it needs a blueprint.or wait and apply for my FAC as the super 10 would be my choice in FAC. ATB.

About twelve months ago i spoke to john . I had already had a rifle done by him but for £550 he built me a rifle based on the scorpian SE with one of his own barrels which isnt as pellet fussy as the BSA barrel well h atbappy . also had a super ten done by him totally transformed the gun and would recomend him to anyone

or speak to evo on here i found his kit so good i sold the ns50 now just use Evo's kit and am very happy. ATB

As far as i know tench dose not do the work himself any more.he has passed it on to XTX AIR they supply and fit the tench reg ATB.

Hi Hoggy Valley Arms at Ruthin are waiting for the walther to come in to stock and are hoping to have them in early next week i don't know the price but you can always ask them to price match.I am still waiting for my .177 to come in but once i have it you are welcome to try it.On the subject of second hand air rifles in all honesty i have had less problems with secondhand than i have new and if you keep looking thru the adds you do find the odd bargain last year i picked up a BSA R10 MK2 three months old £400 as i already had said rifle it was sold to a mate for the same price bargain!!! Hi hoggy After a drive up to blackpool air rifles to buy the Rotex R8 in 177 they only had the .22 in stock.so the .177 is on order should be with me in 2-3 weeks Once i have it if you fancy having a try give me a PM ATB Roger Ps because blackpool air rifles did not have the rifle in stock and there web site said they did they have coverdthe cost of sending to RFD .Very happy with there service.

hi it may help if you can talk to the head green keeper / groundsman introduce yourself and talk to him about the problem it may be he want's something doing. the final decision will probably be down to the club secretary but if you have the greenkeeper on side this will help and you will have to shoot at night or very early morning when the course is empty. Hi i have never shot a rapid 7 but do have a super ten that is John Bowkett blue printed to me it out performs some of the newer rifles. ATB

hi Chris sorry as stated first 40 shots were with 10.5 grain premier pellets 10.3 average but will try with some different pellets also only filled to 200 bar
