i feel let really down by basc BUT BUT BUT we all new a lead ban was going to happen (WELL WE DID WE ALL NEW IT WAS ON THE CARDS at some point ) FIVE YEARS TO SORT THE MESS OUT . i think what ever we shoot in 12 ,16 ,20 ,28 and .410 we as shooters GAME ,VERMIN ,PEST CONTROL ECT the cartridge manufacturers will come good . lets face it eley ,gamebore can find a solution to plastic eco plastic wads fiber steel wads wads the rest will follow .. FOR ONCE LETS BE ON THE FRONT FOOT BEST INTENTIONS ECT lets defend our sport . must admit 300 - 500 bird days will be the end of game shooting (how can you defend our sport to the general public at this level of birds killed ) weather thay shoot lead or non toxic .

well not got a problem now ive sold it !! great gun let down by **** poor quality control.bought gun new last april prior to sending it back for new finish on action( it had gone a much lighter colour about as big as your thumb on action ) . had a problem with barrel could not get marks out of top barrel look like half circles nothing would shift it .so back to gun dealer who could not remove it either so they put bore scope down ,yep its back to blaser . blaser put new finish on action but said barrel was cleaned and it was plastic (really ). they did not put new finish on barrel even tho it was thin in one place . got it home looked good new finish ,did dry mounting and -------------------------------------------------------------------------- sticker fell off *** !!!!!!!! . dealer ordered new stickers got 3 sets went to park lodge . same problem in top barrel if you looked real close something not right with chrome not smooth best i can describe it . px blaser cost me money but but now got peace of mind . pros blaser great handling gun cons every thing else

tell the dealer your refusing the gun under the faulty goods act let them do the leg work you have rights -- end of barrel blacker is a great company £100 for o/u including return postage great work but but but why should you have to pay .read previous post

has any one insured there dog through basc . thinking of getting a quote just wondered how good they are cheers

I HAVE A BERETTA O/U THAT NEEDS ITS BARRELS RE BLACKING . NO RUST ON BARRELS JUST THIN BLACKING IN PARTS (HAD GUN 20 YEARS ). CAN YOU POST SHOTGUN BARRELS IN POST ? ANY RECOMMENDATIONS I LIVE IN WEST YORKSHIRE . WHAT WOULD BE A ROUGH COST BE CHEERS
