i had the same problem as you,could hit clays all day long.But when it came to shooting birds could not hit them and when i did i was that frustrated i didn't know how much lead i'd given them.Now everyone was telling me i was missing them behind so i was giving them more and more lead,until a friend i shoot with (must of felt sorry for me or embaressed) took me on to his land with a trap and got me shooting at some clays.At fist he couldn't understand where i was aiming until he realised i was missing miles in front,so he took me back to basics now i wouldn't say i'm hitting everything but i'm hitting alot more than i miss.As for lead for about 30-40yds i'm either right on them or give them an inch or two,but we all see lead different so all i can say is start at aiming straight for them and swing through and if you miss add a little on next time.It's worked for me pegleg

i think?well their bit's are swollen and i would like your advice on what to do next.:- 1,i have 4 jills and 1 hob they all live in a court made up of 2 single hutches (4x2) and 1 double hutch (5x3) with a run underneath them,all with pipes linking them all together.now the hob can only use the double hutch and the run as the pipes to the other hutches are to small.do i still need to seperate them from the hob? 2,in the other 2 hutches there is only 2 sleeping compartments.do they all need their own space? 3,if they are pregnant how long are they pregnant for and apart from the two above questions is there anything else i should know? thanx pegleg

i think vets do a good job,yes some of their prices are alittle inflated but when you take into account how much your dog costs over the years the vet bills dont cost that much

trust me learn to be a brickie and work on industrial units their getting £1.50 a block and long straight runs,£350 a thousand for bricks as a joiner on site youll get £10-15 to put a door frame in and £17-25 to swing a door and by the time youve done that a brickies laid 70 blocks

russ im a joiner and if i had my time again id train to be a bricklayer,they earn better money,they dont have to spend thousands on tools and they dont have to get over everyone elses rubbish.now joinery is a good trade and i get paid a good wage but when you look at what tools a carry compared to other trades and what the get paid it sometimes doesnt seem worth it

it depends if you like them or not,i have recently joined a syndicate and some of the guns are proper gentlemen and the others shoot at anything in their range including yours.i now know which are which and in the latter case if i can get to a bird first i will.for the ones who let me know a bird is coming i will return the favour and for a bird that is 50-50 i will let them shoot first and if they miss ill have ago myself, the only problem is the decent people are cracking shots so i rarely get a chance
