  1. Oh, i was lookin forward to seeing this new place of yours buzz
  2. well done happy hunting.
  3. yes i know, it didn't turn out how i wanted it to sound:blink: i'm not that stupid, well i don't think
  4. you would think that the .22 would travel slower but would have more of a punch on impact and that a .177 would travel faster and have less of a punch but would penetrate more i don't personaly think you can liken it to cricket balls and pingpong balls though, also what about the ballistics of the pellet.
  5. nice, is that a hawke reflex did i read some where, i was thinking of purchasing one of them as i thought they were reasonably priced
  6. agggghhh, drool drool, um beer :( Looks like there is a heaven
  7. oh wow you've got a 20 bore, it tells you who needs an air shotgun!
  8. Yeah normally a click on the refresh butto does the trick for my comp. if it ever happens.
  9. well thats what i thought because as its a pcp but at first you were quite content on having a .177 (the usual exuse of not having to have different pellets)
  10. BigDave, i have a shorthaired german pointer, although she is getting old and lazy she still is a nice looking dog and when it came down to rabbit catching, she caught them by the thousands.
  11. haha, don't think i want you over, am away for first 2 weeks but i should think if your very nice to me you can come over, i am running out though.
  12. So its going to be a .22 instead of a .177, or am i just reading it wrong?
  13. Use your powers of deduction redstag and work it out
  14. even if you do manage to patent it your rivals could just simply change bits in it couldn't they to make it slightly different. suppose it would also cost alot.
  15. Yeah no offence but i didn't read all that because i'm warn out but alot of animals see different colours to us dont they like some hear higher or lower pitched sound wavelenght stuff, but iff they see grass as yellow surely our green camo to us looks yellow to them. so in principel it should work howw its supposed to.
  16. Yes redstag i know i'm 15, i was saying i could do nowt to stop my dad sellin his shotgun as i was to young at the time!
  17. Yeah good point, Geoff nxt door farmers got one, i'll give him a ring :( Damn shame we had to sell ours! But i couldn't argue a case to dad as i wasn't old enough :( :<
  18. Yep, sounds like your working hard on it, keep it up. Its a difficult buisness though from the sounds of things, just hope you can sell enough.i quite agree about he remote control bit.Thanks. good luck
  19. oh wow!that must have been great jon!
  20. Yeah i have seen plenty as i have been driving along in t tractor near a large clover field and some, not so many, on a bean field, is this usual?(on a bean field)
  21. Will somebody please explain to me what skeet shooting is as i'm not a clay person as i don't have a shotgun
  22. Yeah well the idead behind the zebra black and white stripes is when they are running together it is hard for the predator to pick out a single zebra. its not actualy cammo really but makes it harder for the predator to pounce or whatever on a zebra.
  23. Unless you miss anyway i dont see much point for rabbits etc but i see your point about on the stubble because to birds flying above you, you would stick out like a sore thumb as they say! generally when it comes to rabbits now days i have just resorted to jeans and a camo jacket, although i have to admit i do like to get all dressed up at redstags house when out shooting, doesn't seem to help me get anythin at his house though
  24. Yes i agree flightline but this is jst general stuff i churning out from my bio lessons, its also supposed to be for blending in though according to what i've been taught. But yes i see where your coming from. Basically the way i see things is that some things are colour blind and others are not! sorted. I expect most predators are not colour blind though.
