  1. That’s is a good idea , many thanks
  2. Good stuff, makes sense, one ran 20M in front of me yesterday evening about an hour before dark... Looks like I need to get some wheat and a few apples once high seat built
  3. It’s literally a case of drawing them out of exactly this habitat, they come out into the grass/ bracken margins and eat the winter wheat shoots
  4. Brilliant thankswill give that a go...
  5. Brill, thanks! Ordered new charger as suggested, will see how that goes..
  6. Awesome thanks, maybe just need more batteries...
  7. I bought a T75 kit which came with batteries and a charger which seem to be reasonably poor quality and don’t hold charge for long. Any suggestions for alternatives? Thks
  8. Much of my permission borders a woodland trust site over which no one has stalking permission. There isn’t too much damage there to be honest but the wood holds a number of Roe, Fallow and Muntjac deer. The Roe and Fallow deer happily wander across my permission but the muntjac hold tight in the woodland trust. Would a salt or molasses lick help to move the Muntjac onto my permission?
  9. Suggestions for these greatly appreciated, thx
  10. Brilliant, thanks that what I needed to know! Sounds expensive.... 😀😀
  11. Whoops I mean the clear view net (admin please edit if poss?) i have the ghost stuff already
  12. Does anyone use the thin stealth ghost type netting at the top of their hides? I have the 3 ply stuff which is tough to see through and peering over the top is awkward and spooks corvids. Opinions and suitable vendors appreciated!

    The Internet...

It’s now 20 years to the day since I had home internet. In your opinion, all things considered, in one word, has the internet improved life? Feels like a zero sum game to me....
  14. Just wish I had spare space..
  15. Damn.. too slow, I’m interested if the other chap changes heart or is abducted by aliens.
  16. Good game larder for someone
  17. I don’t think it’s cheap I’m afraid, have you thought of looking at the wildfowling clubs some of them have permission (although not as much as some claim)
  18. Thanks for this, that rules it out for me!
  19. Sounds good, yep it’s for wing shooting, just keen to try one to be quite honest, nothing wrong with the gun as stands and agree that with my other guns I never see the gun at all, just quarry (especially sxs which H and H fitted for me) Ive never quite gelled with the Franchi so thought I’d give this a go as it seems to shoot a little low, if I can’t get on with it then I’ll stick on an air rifle for kids.
  20. Eye, cheek and bead on the end of your shotgun? Must be cluttered! Take your point, but I’d like to try red dot, nothing ventured and all that!
  21. Brill, which Hawke model please? Hi, which is this please?

Apparently banana skins taped on work for some...
  23. Purely as an experiment I’d like to try a red dot on my Franchi BUT I don’t want to drop a monkey on aimpoint.. I see several places have Hawke red dots for 50 -150 which I can live with. Has anyone used one for a shotgun? Any recommendations please
