I’m very close by. Could be interested in the cartridges with more information. -
Seconded! It’s a BSA barrel on the Phox.

“A second teen was found with a gunshot wound in the same road and rushed to hospital before being later arrested on suspicion of aggravated burglary.” If they had weapons, it will help the farmer’s defence.

Pyb started following FX Crown Mk2 Hammer Spring Adjustment , Crop ID , New supplier and 2 others

How’s the accuracy at that fps? What speed do pellets start going transonic?
-
Sounds promising. If you’re using peanuts, jays will empty your feeders pretty quick too.
-
Same. I use google maps, in satellite mode, for all my shoot planning and measuring etc.

I couldn’t get a consistent shot string on my MkII Crown using the Meathead Marksman process. He seems to choose a pressure then try make his gun work at that pressure. For a tight spread you need find the right balance between pressure and hammer at the velocity you require. I found the process described by Sub12 Airgunner got my FPS spread much tighter. It’s demonstrated for sub12 but the process is the same no matter what fpe you’re aiming for. I got my .25 crown averaging 920FPS on a full magazine and a nice tight spread following the YouTube link below.

I’ve shot a few times with non SGC holders. The grounds are fine with it as long as you’re supervising and ensuring safe procedure is followed.

I have a .177 Phox. I’ve floated the barrel and used the screw from the clamp to modify the trigger. Vastly improved the trigger and the accuracy is spot on with the BSA barrel.

Is the panther still available?
-
Is that why they call it an ‘air’ rifle?
-
I can never get them to land when I use a rifle.

The legs slot into the holes and the back rest folds down.
