As someone who shoots pigeons ??you should know no outing is the same as the last ?They are a wild bird Saturday you can shoot 50 Sunday they don't come near your pattern ! Doesn't matter what set up you have .I take it your a Newby to pigeon shooting.

I never use a rotary on rape 24 deeks with 2 bouncers and 2 terminator deeks on rods .works a dream I then add dead birds as I shoot them .I've always found a rotary spooks em .

This week's been -5 up here in Yorkshire still seeing lots of guys wearing shorts lol .I personally prefer cold weather keen frosts like we used to get every winter with snow! I go off up to Scotland wild camping in winter in search of the cold. This generation are soft .

We became soft after the 90s The wet lettice woke generation is now in charge.

We holiday in Turkey every year beautiful country.I know of several people who have had their teeth done over there no problems and very cheap she said the hospital were she had all the work done was like a 5star hotel .Then a friend of the wife had a tummy tuck and she almost died due to infection and her stomach rotted and now looks horrible so like you say it's just luck .

I was out checking the rape fields yesterday nothing doing again maybe 50 on one field but disappeared soon as I got 200 yards down the track .They didn't return after 20 mins so walked back to the car scanning the land with my binos I saw a stream of birds flying low from right to left when I followed it back to one of the big woods on my perm and there they were in their hundreds maybe 500 plus every tree covered and the flight line stretched half a mile right to a rape field just over my boundary hedge there were another 300 plus already on the ground and being joined by another flight line from the left from a huge estate.now my problem was do I set up with my hushpower which I had brought right on the flight line which would have been perfect no noise to disturb the continous line of birds going back and forth to the woods or do I sit in the rape fields on my perm .Then my farmer turns up and says he needs his barns clearing of pigeons *** 😤 so spent the day shooting flying rats ended up with 85 still hundreds more though .Hopefully next week they are still doing the same thing as its given strong winds and cloudy .

The best way is high protein foods with high fats and fibre. All those shakes and powders are gimmicks designed for gullible people by greedy scumbags. I weight train 5x week for the last 20yrs and never waste my money on those powders.Im 60 and get people asking my age all the time they think I'm 40 with a ripped core of a 30 Yr old .and stronger than many roid heads in the gym.The key is to eat small and often with protein in every meal this will loose your fat and tone your muscle up .ps stay away from carbs ie Bread,Pasta,Rice,potatoes, and the obvious sugar and processed ****.drink 2litres of water daily ps when I say eat fats (olive oil quality grass fed butter,coconut oil, these will give you energy and are used up better than carbs by the body for energy.

I've not really thought about shooting squirrels! yet there are lots around my perm I'm too buissy dealing with woodpigeon from December till April then on the crows till June and dealing with barn pigeons in-between. think this year I'll have to make an effort to thin em out but I don't think there's any reds up here in Ripon to my knowledge but I have thousands of acres with some big woods and lots of smaller spineys with pheasant feeders .

Jap art is timeless it never goes out its been continuous and still in high demand today ! My best mate who is the tattooist says 90 percent of his work is jap art and he's been going 30 yrs .

I have 2 full sleeves from my wrists up to my neck and onto my shoulders I chose Japanese art had them done 25 years ago and still love them still like new ink very bright and I get many comments how great they look from all ages .never regretted it at all and it's never stopped me from getting jobs .I think it's about the style of tattoo you choose that's the point that can make you regret having them ! Tell your daughter to take her time once she has a particular design set on tell her to sit on it for a month but keep looking at other designs I can guarantee she will have chosen something else by that time that way she doesn't rush it and later on say oh I wish I had got that one know !!

If you can find a nikon 2-7x32 or 3-9x40 efr they are very bright and quality scopes for what you want I've had both and will take any bashing from spring power to rimfire .

I was watching pigeons feeding on beet top leaves right next to a rape field yesterday even though there is 8 or so feed hopers gone over and loads of wheat spread about .you would have thought the pigeons would have gone for the grain rather than bland leaves .just goes to show how pigeons have become unpredictable.

I was out the weekend as I walked up to the edge of a big wood bordering some rape I noticed 4 pigeon didn't leave the trees with the flock that was sat up .I shot the first 2 then was surprised to see the other 2 didn't fly off. So I shot them too when I picked them up they were all skin and bones no meat at all covering the breasts .They looked healthy apart from that .I was thinking bird flue as I've been talking with games shooters up here and they say pigeons have been decimated this year with numbers at their lowest ever.
