I feel a ten pager coming on!

I am going to disagree and say that we don't make it to page 2 before it is locked and/or deleted

Either way, should be entertaining while it lasts

Edit: Doc, you are right this has been asked many times. It soon turns into a "mine is better that your's" debate, then a few personal sob stories and grudges come out, personal attacks start, toys leave the pram and it gets shut down.

Then another thread starts asking why the last one got shut down.

Then it all goes quite until someone starts it off again...........

haven't got a clue! does the CA do the same sort of insurance?

There must be thousands of members that join just for the insurance.

But another to consider is The National Shooting Association. If they happen to be on a budget and want to save £'s Membership is £35.00 per anum.

and inclusive of £5m of third party liability and legal expenses cover, up to £25,000

Cover is for all recognised shooting activities, ie. target, clay pigeon, archery, vermin control, game shooting, and the humane destruction of injured animals. Also includes Military re-enactment displays.

Just another for the pot.

Depends if you want to join an organisation with its background and culture in hunting (horseback with dogs) or wildfowling/shooting. You may want to check out the resources they can offer for shooting issues. Check their websites and see which of the organisations are proactive in protecting the future of shooting and which suits YOUR needs best.

I have been a member of both.
