ollie
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/NEW-MEAT-GRINDER-MIN...=item27af3502c9 Really need a meat mincer for the summer time to get the bunny burgers on the BBQ, has anyone got one of the ones in the above link? Seems quite cheap for an electrical mincer. Cheers

Delbert
Yeh but there is less effort used with the electric variety and I like the option of having the sausage attachment. You would think so but having used both a spong (brilliant name Neddy) and a processor mincer doofer unless you are doing a good few, the time you save is lost cleaning the dammed thing. The spong undo one screw and you can bung in the bowl or the dishwasher job done. ollie
I got one in Lidls £30 used it for last 3 years Is it the same make mate? Would you recommend it? I could really do one to make a bit more outa my bunnies than just casseroles. I wouldn't be putting a lot off rabbits through it, maybe half a dozen each month. henry d
Is it the same make mate? No, although it looks similar, the blade is not triangular, it has 4 blades. The attachments look similar. Would you recommend it? Lidl one ? YES ! I could really do one to make a bit more outa my bunnies than just casseroles. I wouldn't be putting a lot off rabbits through it, maybe half a dozen each month. The only problem with the Lidl type is I need to hone the blade after every 2nd or 3rd time I use it. Cuts through the toughest venison tendons etc. and I do make a fair amount of mince and sausages.

Lord Geordie
Bought the Lidl one about 4 years back or more now and it has been a cracker. Blew the fuse once inside the machine but since then it's been fine! I have ground down well over 350kg of various meats in it since I bought it. The sausage stuffer is OK if you have the time to *** about topping the hopper up every 5 seconds but I would go and get a REAL sausage stuffer that carries about 3lb to 5lb in the hopper, It saves LOADS of time and hassle. All the best and I hope your Bunny Burgers turn out OK!!!!!!!!
