nice work.

 

i have had 8 so far but only taking ones and twos.......... mostly ones.lmao.

 

 

how do you find them for eating. how do you cook them.

i find them to tuff so end up legs and breast in the casserole dish for 3 hours on very low heat.

 

i would be interested in other ways if it softens up the meat.

 

Im out later for another go so with luck i will have one hung for Fridays pot.

The best canada recipe I know involves a brick..

 

Basically, you slow roast the bird with a brick inside it...

 

When it's done - you chuck the goose in the bin and eat the brick!

I only breast them and cook them in a pressure cooker for about 4 hours on a low heat :good:
