Remington 1100
Hello all Went out decoying today as i haven't been out since Feb time and only been decoying for about a year (but have shot on and off about 20 years). Had a really good day shooting over stubble, I was a bit concerned as it was sunny but it was OK. I ended up 29 woodies and 1 crow. I lost 3 pigeons as they fell in cover but the head keeper will run his dog through tomorrow. Speaking of our head keeper he was on the other side of the farm with his brother in law and they bagged 25. Thanks for looking James At home with my daughter who is three and a keen country girl. My hide against the hedgerow.

manxman2
time for an unpopular no doubt home truth. the hide is too small and cramped, especially for a big lad like him. ps not being picky, trying to help. the hide needed 2 big branches stood leaning in from the sides against each other at the top, and the front could then be moved out alittle and widened a touch, then any holes filled with hedgerow foliage, he still would of had a 180 degree view stood up.
