The Duncan
Hate to sound obvious, but are you squeezing the trigger as you attempt to push the bolt home?
Paul223
you dont need to squeeze the trigger on a t3, you may have to press the bolt release if it's a little stiff but my guess will be on the bolt being in the fired position and you cant put it in like that cos the bolt lugs dont line up with the hammer ?? lug, so it needs to be rotated as it would when opening the bolt the hammer ?? is cammed back if you dont understand what i mean i can post pics
bruno22rf
Hold the bolt in your left hand with the firing pin facing away from you-with your right hand lift the bolt handle as you would if it was in the gun-as the handle lifts it will pull the firing pin back until it clicks into place. Dekers
You have a problem..it isn't easy if you have taken the bolt out and moved it to fired to release pressure on the springs. It is easy to do that, but very hard to reverse on the T3. ATB! PS Hopefully the post above will help! Thumpersniper
I did this, had to push the spring back with the back of a pen knife to re-cock the bolt. Spring is very strong, no point trying to twist the plastic itl just break or come off. cheers
Paul223
OK SO THE BOLT LOOKS LIKE THIS,WHOOPS CAPS ON fired position cocked so you need to grip the plastic end, using the metal square section at the bottom to lever turn the bolt by the handle to cam the 'hammer' whatever you want to call it around 'cocked' easy Edited November 28, 2010 by Paul223
