Nicky T
Got a fair few litres of homemade sloegin on the go and wondered if anyone had any good ideas for what to use the sloes for once the gin has been drained off and bottled? John_R
Grasp with thumb and forefinger and squeeze. Ah ok, was wondering if a pestle and mortar or similar thing might speed it up, but probably not! I have some in a jar in the fridge, from gin I strained off last summer. Hopefully they will be ok, if not I will have a lot more when I strain this winter's batch.
