Look for other outlets. A few years back I supplied a few restaurants and pubs with pigeon. I have a vacuum packer and used to de-breast or provide whole birds depending on requirements. It is/was possible to get £1-2 a bird if you do the job right. Some places serve pigeon up in all guises at £16 a pop.

We have a local pub that trades pigeon for beer.

i beast them off and eat every one, if i shoot over 100 then they get shared out between my dad and the fathering law, we all love pigeon.

you can make them into those fajhitas wraps, or even with tacos, :P

best is to chunk up the breasts fry slowly,add garlic onion and then make your gravy in the sause from the pigeon....put over chips.....yum yum yum..

nothing and i mean nothing goes to waste here..only guts, bones and feathers.
