al4x Posted March 3, 2011 Report Share Posted March 3, 2011 my betting was he did know what he was doing and without seeing it obviously the location of the boundary is murky. I'd have money on him putting a claim into the land registry that he has been maintaining it for 10 years and putting a claim in for it. People don't usually spend a lot building on other peoples land unless they really think they are on a winner.
