Dunkield
Why not just book a day at the grouse for you and your mates?
JustJon
Full team days? That's the price for 5 or 6 people?
Dunkield
A full team for pheasant or partridge would be 10, I am not sure about grouse - if you are thinking of booking it, I can make the 15th
JustJon
I'll talk to my boss, see what the corporate purse is like Lol - I think not. I might get a days pheasant later in the year out of them, why are grouse so much better/more expensive ??

scolopax
A full team will be 8 normally, sometimes 9. May seem expensive (and all those days are, there are cheaper out there if you can bypass the agent and go direct), but there are alot of people out there with that kind of cash to splash. All of those days will sell and many more like them.
Paul T
Very tempting, but it's a LOT of money ! If I booked a day at those prices I could almost guarantee that on the day the bank statement landed the wife would have the locks changed before I got home from work ! Radar_uk
Is that through EJ Churchill's ? Looks very similar to the prices they had up when I was there the other day.
Bleeh
90 quid a bird for grouse - Ha ha ha ha ha That's been the price for a few years now. You should look at Ptarmigan shooting if you think that's bad.

The keepers have to work very very hard to keep them alive and there is only a certain percentage you can shoot and maintain your breeding population. The maths looks staggering but there won't be huge profits made out of it amazing as it sounds. Its a rich mans sport but there are a surprising number of them about
