DR JAMES
R Pigeon flappers that good? Never used one myself & not been out shooting with any one who has had this kind of flapper. I have had some good days pigeon shooting with the normal shell type pigeons on springed sticks and a couple of Terminator Bouncers with foam winged pigeons. Do they realy make a difference ? Great video by the way & great shooting well done.

Cranfield
It looks like my flapper that I have had for about 10 years, not from A1 Decoys.
turbo33
Was that a turbo flapper? No Chris, as said the turbo is much faster, I have one. Good idea with the cable tho, as I think the timer flaps too long and too frequently. The flapper itself is good, but needs the cable idea to be really good imo Edited August 27, 2011 by turbo33

chrispti
I have a timer which you can set the amount of on time and off time, much better I think. I got fed up with the remote (or a bit lazy )

I got fed up with the remote (or a bit lazy ) I was the same with the remote, gave up on it in the end as it just didn't work. I tried two from the site sponsor and found myself waving them around trying to get the signal to work. totally rubbish. They went to that auction site in the end, waste of time/money

Cosd
Definitely not a Turbo Flapper.
gunsmoke
Dr James: Its a new flapper for my first time I'd used one. It worked on the day. I used it yesturday with the same type of set up as the video and it did not work. Lots of pigeons about but just not decoying. There is a so-called pro-pigeon shooter around here, I see by his new video that he has one too. He made the comment on his video that lots of lead was going up but not a lot coming down. I think that he is training the pigeon around here. Please see my video 'how not to decoy pigeons' on youtube the expert at work. the pigeons locally are already net shy and they can be decoy shy but now they are flapper shy. I did however shoot around 30 birds yesturday afternoon. Lots of birds around but not coming into decoys.
