Nial
A while ago I bought a pair of deerhunter pacha trousers on offer and have worn them a couple of times in the last couple of weeks. The first couple of times it was quite warm and I did sweat a bit in them. I was out last Saturday, it was only ~12 deg and I was lugging all my kit up a hill but I ended sweating last a *******, spending the afternoon uncomfortably 'damp'. They didn't seem to be at all breatheable. Are the ram trousers similarly hot and sweaty (they use the same deertex membrane)? Am I expecting too much of these, should they only be used in cold weather? Any recommendations for good warmish camo trousers for late spring/ summer /early autumn use? Nial. Vermincinerator
The Ram trousers will have you sweating buckets in the current weather, i use a pair of standard cotton twill deerhunter trousers for this time of year. Nial
Thanks for the feedback guys, looks like I was expecting too much of them. I'll stick them in the drawer until it gets colder. Nial.
