Guest cookoff013
i just throw it in the pond. now why would you do a thing like that? why didnt you cut the cartridge open, and throw the soaking powder in the bin? you could have even burned off the powder ! in a safe environment. some people ! Harnser
Be a man and take it on the chin . You could put it on a piece of string and wear it around your neck ,you could put some pictures up on here so we could all look at it and wonder why it never went off . Lots of things you could do with it . Have it framed and put on the wall as a talking point . The possibilities are endless . Harnser . Alycidon
If its an Eley they used to give you a free box for every one like that, I would take it back to the retailer with the remaining shells in that box and ask him to return it to the manufacturer. In almost 50 years of using a shotgun I have only ever had 4 or 5 do that and at least 3 of those came out of one box. A Afterthought, they were Trapshooting 7s, the year, around the early 1970s. Never had an issue since that time. Edited October 4, 2011 by Alycidon

ajb403
I've had 3 misfires from about 75 rounds in the last couple of weeks, and no it's not my gun, they wouldn't go bang in a friend's gun either. Any more and what's left of the slab will be going back to where I bought them. I cut through the undershot wadding and burn the powder outside on the floor.
