MM
So, dropped the kids at school. Packed the stuff and got to the big farm at about 9.20am. Set up in about 10 minutes, and all was looking good. Opened my bag to get some carts out....................... you guessed it! Only had a box of size 7 clay carts. So, got out of the hide, and pulled the deeks in 10 yards. So, by this point they are only 10 yards out . Never mind. I wasnt expecting a big bag anyway. I put 4 crows and 2 half shell pigeons out. As soon as i got back in the hide, the crows appeared. Lots of em . Used the box of shells, packed my gun up and jumped in the car. I drove home in swift fashion, and when i got back to the hide, i walked around the corner to see the deeks being mobbed by crows. got back in the hide, and used another 2 boxes. Now, those that shoot with me will confirm im more Elmer Fudd, that Digweed, but today i seemed to do ok. final score, 17 crows and 6 pigeons might have another go friday. :yp:

coyotemaster
Well all's well that ends well. Looks like you had some good sport. I was taking an old fellow hunting one season and one day we arrived at the destination, after a thorough search of the boot we decided he must have left his gun at home.
