Pedro
This was Jim, he was as tough as old boots and lasted until he was 16 yrs. Lost him down a concrete pipe when he was 6 months old and should have realised then that he would provide hours of endless amusement for me whilst i waited beside a hole in the middle of nowhere P. Cranfield
Is it true that labrador/retrievers with the "boxy" head are difficult to train ? A friend of mine had one and I swear the gap between its eyes was almost 6", that dog did nothing it didn't want to, despite some extensive training. Big heads and color are not where the problems start Cranfield, it is when people pick the wrong type of line that causes the probs. Some lines are push button dogs, some stubborn, some soft and some hard. All boils down to homework, before you buy.
Pedro
He's a stubborn sod, but when he's on form he makes me look brilliant. He came from a line of FTCs on both sides. Unfortunately i don't have the time, (or the inclination), to go down that line. P.
