As far as I'm concerned a 'flying rat' would be a rat....that can fly <_<

A feral's a feral and a pigeon's a pigeon.

A crow's a crow not a 'blackie'

A squirrel's a squirrel not a squizzer

A shotgun's not a 'shottie'

A rimfire's not a 'rimmie'

Oh, and guns don't 'bark' arf arf <_<

The only flying rat I have ever seen had a long tail and was trying to escape a terrier. Quarry species deserve respect including wood pigeons and anyone who does not give them that does not deserve to be allowed to hunt them.

Id agree on that for animals that we shoot to eat, but animals that are shot for pest control, not so, I would never eat or feed to an animal, feral pigeons, yet I shoot many hundreds on london underground, its not classed as hunting, and yes, Id call them flying rat's

Why dont you sell your feral pigeons to the butchers , ok only 15p each , but better than chucking them away and almost covers the cost of the cartridge. They put them in game pies.

And for those who seem to have a sketchy idea of what they are shooting at , rats are small fur covered mammals with a long tain a nasty set of teeth , will eat almost anything and DO NOT FLY. Pigeons feral and wood are birds covered in feather with wings and a beak , they feed on plant matter and can fly.

underground ferals feed on ****, anything and everything dropped by passengers on tube trains, when your near them,or their young they totally stink, a smell you never forget, and you certainly would'ent want to eat one, game pie or not,
