Guest cookoff013
as its later on in the season, increasing the shotsize to 5s or 4s wouldnt be unreasonable.

Zapp
as its later on in the season, increasing the shotsize to 5s or 4s wouldnt be unreasonable. +1 I'm thinking about getting hold of some 5's for beaters day on our shoot.
decoyally
By the way why you thinking of getting 5's any reason??
cjm
i was using 32g 6 with either 1/4 or 1/2 choke cant remember which.
Guest cookoff013
By the way why you thinking of getting 5's any reason?? if not all the birds are fully grow, bigger and stronger that those at the start of the season. they will fly faster and higher. ps, you dont need the fastest shells, but a shotsize big enough to do the job when it gets there. Sorry it's in omagh!!! Lol 32 gram 6's should do fine - I use Express and even better Caledonian cartridges - they are the business. Countrysports in Newtownards are the NI agents for Caledonian Have a great day - I have had some good shooting in County Tyrone in the past..
