humperdingle
yep, 2 in the magazine and one in the chamber if you have one on a shotgun licence, or up to as many as practical if you have it on a firearms licence. What's the max? 11+1?
robborobbo
I only hold a shotgun cert. what's the best manufacturer for semi's ? Benelli?
Dr_evil
I rate benelli the highest
cant hit rabbits 123
Its hard to say, Benelli, Beretta and Browning are all pretty close.
Dr_evil
Inertia drive gives it the edge IMO So either a Benelli or get a Browning A5
BlaserF3
Gas operated auto's soften the felt recoil, well sort of. Inertia operated auto's recoil just as much as a conventional shotgun, some even kick more because they are very light in weight.
Dr_evil
I must say though after using the Benelli today there was no felt recoil using 32g 4's in steel, the recoil pads they put in them really do work
BerettaSV10
For me it has to be the Benelli's as they are inertia recoil system, no gas ports to clean.

Tod
after years of hating autos i recently purchaced a beretta a391 urika 2 in full camo for pigeon shooting and love it, fantastic gun, even thinking about trading my miroku o/u for one for clay shooting. Dr_evil
Whats your budget ? I'd go SBE2 or SVinci, but I like a 3 1/2" model However I'm just as happy with a pump gun so the SuperNova does me just fine and at a third of the price
BerettaSV10
Thanks for the advice! Which model should I go for ? What do you want to use it for, I have the Raffeallo crio which is a wood stock great for clays, just need to be carfull if using it elseware, also like the super sport its so tempting, must keep telling myself resit it. Theres the M2 and several others in black synthetic versions and think in camo as well.
Bloke
Thanks for the advice! Which model should I go for ? As you can see by my sig, I would recommend the Supersport, but I do appreciate that the Black finish makes it a bit of a marmite gun. If you can get to doveridge, they used to have a demo version of this, just don't forget to take your SGC. As far as price for Supersports, Derek Lee near Horncastle takes some beating for new gun prices.

chrispti
Xtrema2 Would like a go on the new A400 Xtreme too It is well documented, that the Vinci has the hardest felt recoil out of the Benelli auto range Edited January 22, 2012 by chrispti

It is no grade 3 browning!! - depends what you want... ATB Sim
BerettaSV10
Agree shop around and try as many as you can, tried a friends out and a few at the shop before I was comfortouble with the benelli, but also wanted a inertiaone preferably, so was lucky that the choice was good on both counts of fitting nicely and inertia system.
