Wat a mega day we have had today met up with pigeon watch member m0t0deb's aka dave and his mate mick we met up at 8am on the dot after 20 mins de-iceing 4x4.Any way after a short ride down motorway we arrived at permission

at 8.30am to a complete white out with freezing fog and a lovely warm minus 7 on temp gauge.

Are plan of attack was to net a few holes and shoot a few runners with 12g but the ground was like concrete

and we could not get pegs into floor so back to plan B with just shooting at any thing that sticks its head above ground level.

But evan this was hard work there are so many holes so close together they only need to run 1ft and there down another hole any way enough of the excuses think we missed more than we killed and may be give a few sore bums

on the way down but they seemed very reluctant to bolt with the weather.

But we all had a good day any we all got shots off and all had kills we did 7hrs in minus 2..3 for most of day

cold is not the word but still enjoyed it and thats the name of the game we ended up with 12 and may be lost 4 or 5 down holes and may be missed 20 but hay ho

A few pics of land and rabbits for you to see this is a brand new permission so 12 on 1st day is not bad day out

Not a bad old day that! Know the feeling, was out at 7am stalking this morning! Crunch, crunch, crunch! Went out lamping on the quad, but my face was so cold going at 30mph on the roads it was actually unbearable, thought about crying when I got home, hahaha. A decent haul there Tony I say.
