Guest cookoff013
hello, i`m new to this forum, i have been shooting for quite some time, i`m 26, and i shoot pigeons (aswell as other stuff). i`ve been pigeon shooting for 5-6 months (not very often, but i try!) i use a 12bore 686e sport choked on 3/4 and 1/2. using eley special game #6 (30grammes) i`ve shot rabbits too. i thought i`d do a spot of decoying so i`m a newb . i live in the cambridge area. i`ve got 2-3 shoots on at the moment and there is more out there! i`ve been given a shoot and it has confused me.... the owner says he has a major pigeon problem, there are 1000`s and 1000`s he says. i stake out the joint. in 5 trips,/5 days stakeout about 5 pigeons. thars all. total. i have shot a few rabbits on the land (there are a few!!!!) the fields are barley, peas. and green leaf veggies. any other cambridge pigeon shooters??? ....hello! Frank
Cook. I thought it was only farmers over that exagerated, seems thay are all at it. and yes, its allways after being down the pup. Got a phone call one evening, from a farmer, who apparently was over run with hares. His words were, 'Theirs so many of the ******* things that their coming up and shaking hands with me. He went on to say that theirs one for everyone in Africa When i got their and spent a few hours searching, i only seen 3 and shot 1. Frank.
