crows are back in force

yep i can confirm they r back, myself and to mates went out looking for pigeon but found one of the permissions with hundreds, sky was black with them.

 

two mates stood in edge of wood i set up in middle of field under some tree cover set 8 deeks up 20 yards from me, wind blowing from behind me, so corvids swooped round to investigate / land they were were in the zone of no way out.

 

wish i had took more carts... did not expect that.

 

In 3 hrs i picked up from my killing zone 55 (a lot dropped in other fields so i did not count those)

 

mate one got 40 then stopped shooting

 

mate two got 100 with the loan of 50 shells to get his ton

 

so in total 195 but i bet really it was a lot more.

 

even has we all packed up they were still trying to land.

 

 

it was pure murder they just kept coming

What cartridges would you recomend for crows etc.

well you may not believe this i was knocking them dead with 28g 7.5 plas wads

 

 

some of the really high ones i had a go at ( for practice) i used 32 6 plas wad

 

three quarter choke in urika auto
