Holland&Holland
Well done What type of call did you use to make it come towards you? Mouse or rabbit......?? And are you not afraid of worms? In the Netherlands and Germany foxes have these worms inside that grow long inside you. They can be harmfull to dogs and humans as well. I always wear gloves when i pick up a fox and wash my hands afterwards. The worms can be around the tail for obvious reasons (they are likely to be found in the fox poo)

I called it in by the good old fashioned way, creating a squeal on my hand.

Holland&Holland
Thank's for the reply. Tried lamping for british foxes couple weeks ago. Got three foxes in sight. Used a mousewhistle call made from a roe's antler to get them in closer, did not work. i used a red filter on my lamp so could not have been the brightness of the lamp that put them off??? Did not scare them away either. Just kept walking along in the same area. What's the secret? Problably no-one can tell. Will keep trying.
