fenntiger
Hi everyone, we was debating where to go pigeon shooting as most of our permission is still standing wheat and oats. After a bit of a recky, we decided to shoot a week old barley stubble field and my son 'pigeon driler' set up in another 3 week old. Me and simon6ppc got all the gear out the back of the truck and then realised I left the magnet at home. Never the less, we set up with a dozen decoys and one flapper. After about an hour we shot about 8 pigeons and we could here pigeon driller having a few shots at pigeons in the other field. We carried on shooting for another hour and the tractor came in to row the stubble up so we had to pack up and relocate. Simon6ppc went flight lining and I went shooting over some standing oat but there was not a lot of success, I think I managed 5 pigeons, 1 crow and 1 magpie so i decided to pack up and go and sit with my son pigeon driller. We ended the day with 105 woodys and 15 ferrels, 1 magpie and 1 crow.
