gemini52
I have a maxus grade 2,use it for clays only can not fault it,some people find them a bit light but to be fair its a good well made gun.
Tim Kelly
My black plastic one the "black death" has been very reliable and good to use.

Mental Dizorder
I have a Berreta 686E and recently shot the Maxus with the option to do a swap, I found it way to light for me and I barely hit a clay, nice looking gun and well made it just wasn't for me. As everyone will tell you, it's all about the fit!

oscarsdad
Love mine - had it almost 2 years and never missed a beat
wildfowler.250
Love mine. Won't cycle anything less than 70mm though. I'm confident it would cycle light cartridges of the correct length. Front foresight always falls out. You should have the ability to lock the mag, change the 1st cartridge and then unlock the mag but this feature doesn't work on my gun. Apart from that very happy
chrispti
. You should have the ability to lock the mag, change the 1st cartridge and then unlock the mag but this feature doesn't work on my gun. Why does it not work? You need to push the lever over, quite hard, so its as far back as it goes, then just pull the bolt back ??
