Was out at a show yesterday so before we went missus put a brace of pheasants (lasts seanson freezer stock) into the slow cooker, so it was pheasant & port caserole with mash last night, & just enuf left for me tonight.

 

Got to clear out a few more pheasants and some ducks to make way for this season comming.

last nite i had pigeon breasts cooked in butter/ sweet chilli sause/ chopped garlic/ drop of red wine then added a slush of balsamic vinegar. All eaten with fresh cooked bread from the oven :good:

 

My 6 yr old daughter wanted to try some :lol: then wanted it all :lol:

 

IT WAS BLOODY LUSH
