I've had the miss cook up tope on a couple of times. it's got a nice texture when BBQ'd correctly, and it's mild taste means it goes well with spices/rubs etc (Like how chicken doesn't really stand up without extra flavour). I wouldn't say it's under appreciated but I think the meat is misunderstood. Then it's a nice big tope, and with the amount of smaller ones that people chuck away it's nice to see it back in the sea for another brilliant fight.
