eddoakley
As title please guys. Have been offered a Browning gti, fixed choke, 32'' nice condition...BUTTTTTT....I cant find much info on the exact model as there seem to be several variations. All I know is that the writing on the action is in red (I know that makes me sound like a woman describing a car) Any info would be greatly appreciated. P~MX
this sounds like a trap gun with it bein 32" & fixed choked but if it's in good nick & you can buy it for under £900 you will get yourself a crackin gun, I've a mate who loves these gti's and he's one of the UK's top shots -- If you buy it let's see some pics

eddoakley
This one is black action with red writing. Googled for pics etc but cant see one with red on. Does anyone know which variant it is? It is a trap gun with wide rib etc. Also has double bead if that helps? Edd
Gordon R
I had a GTi Trap with the red inlay. One of the best handling guns I have owned. Got rid to move upwards - not sure I managed it.

eddoakley
So I bought the GTI. But only because I needed the rifle that the guy wanted to sell as a package deal. Now before I decide what to do with it I thought I would try again for any more first hand knowledge of the model. Also as I cant find one exactly the same if anyone has sold one perhaps you would let me know (maybe by pm) what you got for it in case I decide to sell it. eddoakley
Anyone got any info on this gun for me? Realistic value would be great, from someone who has bought or sold one would be even better. Can add some pics if it helps. Same one as me - Cracking gun albeit a little on the heavy side (but that suits me) and really very dull wood - From what i know, the red one is the dedicated trap version and 800/900 seems the norm

Gunslinga86
May be worth speaking to Oxford gun Co. They are browning specialists. Speak to Doug, he's a top chap
