ziplex
I was watching 'Along came a Spider' on the box as 1, I was bored... and 2, was checking if my advice to LB about the book being better than the film was right. I haven't had too much to eat today so i've just had a bloody great big mature cheese and onion roll with loads of sliced onion and a touch of salt/vinegar accompanied by a bottle of Bath Ales 'Gem' beer, (very bitter/sweet 4.8%), slightly chilled mind you .....anyone agree?, is this one of the nicest things to eat/drink? If you get the right beer and the right cheese you can't beat it IMHO. By the way LB, the book is considerably better than the film!

lurcherboy
Brian, If we don't mock the afflicted who can we mock? After all it WAS foggy  We were fashionably late The journey home was via the M11 LB
MC
At last a bit of sense, The M11 is probably the most direct route, avoiding all the back roads. It just isn't the quickest. Although the new A120 to Stansted makes a difference. I was joking about all the airports in the south, but you really did go via them all. If you had said I have got some friends near Heathrow, you could have stopped for a cuppa
